Customer Loyalty Points
Customer Loyalty Points are our way of saying we appreciate your continued business. You earn 1 point for every pound you spend. These have a value of up to 5%. e.g. 100 points is equivalent to a £5 cash discount on your next purchase.
Tracking Your Points
To track your points, simply log in to your Profile to view your point totals. You can also view specific orders in your Orders History to view the points earned and used on each order.
You can also earn more reward points but referring new customer to us. We'll give you points when a new referral makes a purchase. Login and click on Refer and Earn Points - https://www.physioshop.co.uk/crp_referral.php
Paying with Points
1. After adding products to your cart, proceed to checkout. 2. On the payment screen, select "Customer Loyalty Points" as your payment method. 3. Click "Complete Order." 4. If your points do not cover your order total, you will be redirected to select a second payment method to complete your purchase.
* Some products, such as email marketing and recruitment packages, are not eligible for Customer Loyalty Points. Customer Loyalty Points are specified on each product page. And some customer types do not attract reward points.
Earn More Points with our Affiliate Partner Program
Like other reward programs, e.g. Amazon, you earn rewards based on sales that are referred from your affiliate banners. You can earn up to 5% of your product sales as reward points. This is a great offer as in most cases the customer is also purchasing the product at a great discount as well. Your rewards points can then be used as cash towards the purchase of goods on our shop.
